Sightlines Initiative Events - Booking Terms & Conditions 

By clicking the Submit Booking button you agree to our booking terms and conditions, namely:

To pay the required fee within two weeks of the invoice date or prior to the event, whichever is earliest.

Ticking the box, to agree to our terms and conditions, is not an interest in attending, it's a commitment to pay and to attend. If you change your mind, the fee is still due.

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot offer a refund.  However, if you have a colleague who wants to attend in your place, we can transfer your booking to them.

Payments via invoice: an invoice will be generated at the time of booking and emailed to you with your confirmation (if you do not receive this, please contact us).  

Payments via Paypal: follow the onscreen Paypal process.  A booking confirmation will be emailed to you.

Late payments will incur a 12% surcharge, unless we've specifically agreed a late payment with you. 

Our closing date for online applications is one full week before the event date. After this please contact the office directly to enquire of places.
